Incoming Students


Incoming foreign students should send their applications and transcripts as Erasmus student through their International Office. Also, they can write letter of intent outlining the reason for the application.

Once their application has been received, there will be a evaluation process and after that, our office will contact with the students directly via e-mail.

Citizens of EU members should ask in their respective countries for the E-111 or E-128 forms or European sanitary card. Applicants from any other country should have a private medical insurance or subscribe one in Spain before their enrollment.

Students from countries that not belonging to the EU should contact the Spanish Embassy or nearest Spanish Consulate to get information about the conditions for their legal stay in Spain. These students will receive an Acceptance Letter in order to facilitate their obtention of a student visa.

At their arrival, students have to visit the registration office at least a week before the starting of their accademic term.
